How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond within one business day (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST). Urgent issues are usually answered within a few hours.
I have a dispute with a business — what should I do?
Email us with your booking reference and a brief description. Our support team will review and mediate fairly. We always review both sides.
A business no-showed or cancelled last-minute. Am I covered?
Yes. If a business cancels within 24 hours or fails to show up, you are entitled to a full refund of any payment made. Contact support with your booking reference.
How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Log in and go to My Bookings. Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment are always free. Late cancellations may be subject to the business's cancellation policy.
