Cancellation Policy

1. 24-hour cancellation notice
Models who need to cancel a booking must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time. Cancellations made within this window may incur a cancellation fee at the discretion of the business, up to the amount disclosed at booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are always free of charge.
2. Deposit refunds
Where a deposit was charged at the time of booking:
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: full deposit refund within 5–10 business days.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: the deposit may be forfeited at the business’s discretion, as disclosed on the listing.
- Cancellations by the business: full refund of any deposit, processed within 5 business days.
3. No-shows
A no-show occurs when a model fails to attend a booked appointment without prior notice. Businesses may charge a no-show fee up to the maximum amount set in their listing policy. The fee will be charged to the card on file via Stripe. Model Call will notify the model before processing the charge. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
4. Business cancellations
If a business cancels a confirmed booking, the model will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Model Call will notify the model immediately by email. Where possible, we will also surface alternative available appointments in the same category and area.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not fit for purpose, you may have additional remedies regardless of any cancellation or no-show fees charged.
